Space-Saving Oversize Document Storage Cases

These 7" wide boxes fit twenty to a 12 foot shelving section providing 140" of actual document storage space. Standard 5" wide boxes fit twenty seven to a 12 foot shelf but only provide 135" of actual document storage space. The difference of five inches is 3.7% or equal to adding an additional standard size Document Case to each shelf.

The new 7" width also makes these boxes more stable when in circulation or work-in-process areas. Our standard document case dividers & support spacers (See Pg. 7) help keep files from slipping or warping in partially filled cases.

Manufactured from our highest quality acid/lignin-free 60 pt. board with a pH of 8.5 and buffered with 3% calcium carbonate. Metal Edged for added strength.Available in blue-grey, light grey, or tan exterior board. Boxes have "pull strings" for easy shelf removal, metal handles also available upon request. Available in letter & legal size cases.
