Drop Front Boxes

Front interior side folds down for easy access to large or fragile materials. Helps prevent possible damage to artifacts when placed inside standard box configurations. Store: prints, photos, artwork, large magazines, letters, maps, mucic scores and other artifacts.

 

Available in 60 pt. acid/lignin-free, Blue/ Grey, Light Grey, Archives Lt. Grey and Tan board. We suggest you interleave acidic or fragile materials with buffered acid-free tissue to protect against migrant acids and scuffing damage during long term storage. Separate full telescoping lid and metal reinforced edges provide extra support during stacking. All boxes pass the “Photo Activity Test” for the safe long term storage of photographic materials. All board is buffered with 3% calcium carbonate (pH 8.5) for added protection, grey board has a white inner face of heavyweight acid/lignin free buffered paper stock.
