UV Fluorescent Light Filters

Protect books, papers, fabrics, artwork & photos from damaging invisible ultraviolet (UV) light.

Natural sunlight and fluorescent light fixtures produce significant UV rays which bleach, fade and otherwise damage your collections. Our light filters have the same light transmission as ordinary window glass and yet filter out 98% of the harmful ultraviolet light transmissions. Easy "snap-on" design fits over any size tube. Additional safety value as glass is now covered ith a tough Archival Polyester sheet. The 48" size is designed for standard T-12 bulbs or you can cut them in half to fit 24" tubes. The 96"bulbs will require two units.
