Loose, fragile or brittle papers and important documents should be placed in preservation quality file folders (not included) before placement in document boxes for added protection. Boxes are designed for storage on standard library shelves. Document support spacers (not included) keep documents from slipping or warping in partially filled cases.
Pull strings are standard on our document cases. Metal handles are available upon request on our 5” wide boxes at no-charge.
Manufactured from acid/lignin-free 60-point board with a pH of 8.5 and buffered with 3% calcium carbonate. Metal edged for added strength. Document cases are available in blue-gray, light gray, or tan exterior board.
