Description
Four-flap enclosures are a great way to safely store glass plates which are too thick to store in regular envelopes. The three larger sizes are each scored 3 ways to fit flat film, 1/16 in. gelatin glass plates or 1/8 in. collodion glass plates. Glass and polyester film based images are stored emulsion side down, while metal or paper items are stored emulsion side up after first being covered with a piece of acid-free tissue cut to size. Made of 6 pt. off-white acid-free and lignin-free, unbuffered.
