Once installed, the STAS Multi-rail allows you to reposition artwork easily using STAS cords and hooks. The included clear cords create a subtle, discreet look, while the STAS Zipper hooks make height adjustments simple and precise.
Because the lights can also be placed at different points along the rail, you can update both your artwork layout and lighting arrangement as your display changes. This makes the system especially useful for rotating collections, gallery walls, retail displays, offices, and interiors where flexibility matters.

How the STAS Multi-rail System Works
A complete STAS Multi-rail setup uses a power adapter, rail sections, lighting fixtures, cords, and hooks. The rail contains integrated 12V low-voltage conductors that distribute power along the system. Compatible STAS light fixtures can then be clicked into the rail to illuminate the artwork below.  One 84W adapter can power up to eight 78.74-inch rail segments, equal to approximately 17.5 yards or 16 meters of rail. It can also supply power to up to 17 LED lamps of 4W each. For larger installations with more than eight rail segments or more lights than one adapter can support, a second adapter is required.  When using multiple adapters, each adapter must power a separate independent circuit. Rail sections connected to different adapters must never be linked together.
